Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
The product must be in its original, unused condition without any signs of damage or wear.
You must provide a mandatory unboxing video showing:
360-degree view of the product.
AWB and Order Number clearly visible on the package label.
Return Process
Initiate Return Request:

Approval & Pickup:
Upon approval of your request, we will schedule a return pickup through our courier partners.
Exchange or Refund:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges of ₹79 are applicable and non-refundable in case of a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Products with physical damage or wear not reported during the initial delivery.
Missing or incomplete unboxing video submissions.
